ATTENDANCE POLICY
To best serve our patients, we require advance notice of appointment changes. Timely notice helps us make appointments available to other patients in need of care.
- Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered no-shows.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be expected to reschedule.
- After three (3) no-shows and/or late cancellations, patients will no longer be eligible to receive care at this practice.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will consider exceptions on a case by case basis.
