Find the Right Denture for You!

At Brimfield Family Dentistry, we use modern technology to deliver effective denture treatments for missing teeth. We offer a variety of denture options created with top-of-the-line materials to perfectly fit your mouth and restore your ability to chew, speak, and live your life.

Modern dentures have come a long way from treatments available even just a few years ago. When we recommend dentures, we’re recommending an attractive, non-invasive, long-lasting, and custom solution.

Types of Dentures

Full Dentures

Full dentures are used when no healthy teeth remain in either your upper or lower jaw. In some cases, we may remove a damaged or decayed tooth to make room for a full denture. Dentures will provide support to the lips and face so you can eat, drink, and smile with confidence.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are a great option when you still have some healthy natural teeth in either your upper or lower jaw. A partial denture uses healthy teeth as attachment points for support and stability.

★ Implant-Supported Dentures ★

Our most highly recommended denture solution! While traditional dentures are a good choice for some, implant-supported dentures are the clear winner when it comes to health, comfort, and long-term happiness.

With this type of denture, as few as 2-4 dental implants are first placed in your mouth. From there, your denture will be permanently secured to your implants.

The biggest advantages of using implants for your dentures include:

  • Prevents bone loss in the jaw and preserves your facial structure
  • Offers more stability prevents slipping and sliding
  • Easier to maintain and live with day-to-day

Our Cutting-Edge Technology

Our dental practice combines the latest technology with a relaxing, comfortable environment to provide exceptional implant-supported denture treatment results. We offer IV sedation to ensure your comfort and feature advanced diagnostic tools, a top-quality air purification system, and strict sterilization protocols. Trust us to take care of your smile with the best available technology and a caring touch.

Custom-fit dentures made easy

At Brimfield Family Dentistry, we use the Vectra H2 facial scanner, a highly advanced and reliable device that helps us in the process of creating custom dentures. By using the Vectra H2 to create a precise and accurate representation of a patient’s oral anatomy, we ensure that your dentures are comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

The Vectra H2 facial scanner helps improve the dentist-patient relationship by providing clear, reliable information during consultations, and by aiding in treatment planning and patient education.

FAQs about Dentures

Do you need to replace missing teeth?

Yes. Living with missing teeth can cause a variety of dental problems, including gum disease, bone loss, and damage to remaining healthy teeth. It also affects your ability to eat, smile, and enjoy your day-to-day life. You deserve to love your smile — we can help make that happen.

How long does it take to get used to wearing dentures?

When you first start wearing full dentures, it will likely take a few weeks of getting used to. During this time, you might even come back to our office for a small adjustment to ensure the fit is just right. Soon your mouth and jaw will be accustomed to wearing your removable dentures and you’ll wonder how you ever went without them!

How do you take care of dentures?

Implant-supported dentures should be cared for like natural teeth with regular brushing and flossing. For removable dentures, your dental care regime will change a bit, inducing:

  • Daily cleanings with denture cleaner
  • Avoiding coffee or other dark foods/drinks to prevent staining
  • Regular trips to our office to check for signs of gum disease, changes to your bite, or other issues

Does My Dental Insurance Cover Dentures?

In our experience, many dental insurance plans cover up to 50% of the cost of traditional and implant dentures. Review your policy or contact our front desk team to confirm your coverage.

We’re in-network with most major insurance providers. Please contact us to confirm that we accept your plan.
